Project Information

Emulate a Photographer

For this project, you get to emulate the style of a photographer. You must also include a bit of research about your famous subject, and of course, cite all sources (for information as well as pictures). Included in this guide are places to go for information & images, as well as tips on how to include your citations in your slideshow.

Browsing Artists: Images & Inspiration

Take a look at some of the photographers mentioned in various classes. To find their work online, be sure you are using their own websites (including social media), and galleries that have hosted their work. "About" and "Biography" are great terms to look for!

Ready for Research: Information

Look for the "About" and "Biography" sections on the artists' websites. You can also find sources in our library databases!

Citing Your Sources

Let your audience know where you found the information about your artist, and the works by your artist. We will be using NoodleTools to help keep our citations uniform, but you can decide how to incorporate your Works Cited at the end of your slideshow.
